Have you made your New Year’s resolution?

At the BOMA Project, our resolution is simple…but challenging.

We are planning to enroll 17,000 more women into our poverty graduation program in 2020. Women like Selina Lekimain, a BOMA participant in remote northern Kenya who is supporting five children, two of them orphans she took in when their grandmother died. She and her husband have faced desperate worry that they would not be able to provide food and basic needs for their family. But thanks to supporters like you, Selina’s story has changed (see Selina’s story HERE). She is earning an income, she can feed her children, and she is sending them all to school.

A gift from you brings hope to thousands of families.

So many women and families are caught in the cycle of extreme poverty. They are living on less than $1.90 a day, dependent on humanitarian aid for their very survival. But with your help, we can break that cycle. We believe in a world where every person deserves to live with dignity and see a brighter future for themselves and their families.

Please make HOPE one of your New Year’s resolutions with a gift today.

From thousands of women like Selina, and all of us at the BOMA Project, we thank you for giving the gift of hope to women and families in drylands of Africa.

With profound gratitude,
