Francis hails from Turkana County. He was immediate Project manager for USAID NAWIRI and former Graduation Advisor under USAID KLMS sub-award and worked closely with ACDI-VOCA and Mercy Corps team at LMS Project. Francis works on all aspects of programs implementation with over 13 years of experience working for local and international development organizations. Francis joined BOMA in January 2018 from Kenya Aid NGO’s Consortium (KANCO) where he was Project’s coordinator for USAID funded governance and accountability (Wezesha mashinani) project, alongside community TB program funded by the Global Fund. Prior, Francis worked at the Kenya Livestock Marketing Council (KLMC) on strengthening livestock marketing systems for resilience program funded by USADF as the Project coordinator and World Vision Kenya and Share International in different leadership portfolio.

Francis holds a Master of Science Degree in Development Studies from Jomo Kenyatta University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Degree Associate in Theology, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management with certificates in community development, personnel management, and industrial relations.
