Kathy retired from S&P Global (formerly The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.)  as Vice President, Associate General Counsel in 2012. Previous to that, she was with the Chadbourne Parke law firm in New York City.  She has served as the Chair of the Agricultural Stewardship Association, a land trust based in Greenwich, New York, since 2013. She is also currently on the board of The Mary McClellan Foundation, Inc. She was previously on the Greenwich Central School District Board of Education (2002-2010) and the Emma Willard School (2012-2014).  She is a graduate of Williams College and the Cornell Law School. She is also the author of two novels published by Random House, Lucifer Land and The Letter of the Law. She and her husband Hugh have two grown children and live in Greenwich, New York.
